OMG Politics, I'm over it already.

Sanders and Trump have more in common than differences. Trump needs someone with political experience. Both are outsiders, and both have campaigned on the evils of big money in politics.
That is indeed a list of commonalities, but I think the list of differences is a wee bit longer....

There is a part of me that hopes Hilary gets the nomination. I am really curious to see how much tail slick Willie can pull as first lady. I mean, he only got a bj when he was president, but that is because he was busy running the country. If he was in the White House with no job, I bet he would be slaying the ladies.

I think based on this little promo vid, the phrase is outdoor recreation capital of the world or something like that. :) And there is lots of mountain biking!

(I chose this video as it is closer to what i would be doing, rather than the downhill bros that I found in other vids. )

And I could get this boat down in Bellingham, and sail it around in the US San Juans, and Canadian Gulf Islands from Howe Sound.

That's it. Outdoor recreation.

My nephew lives in Whistler and he and his friends go to Squamish a lot. They will even cycle there and back in the summer. Crazy kids...

Yeah, I have a young friend I coached skiing for a long time who lives there while attending Quest College. He skis, mountain bikes and does a lot of rock climbing.

A coworker just raised an interesting possibility: Trump picks Sanders as his running mate.

At first, I thought it was crazy, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized that it made sense for Trump. Unless something drastic happens, Clinton will win the general by a handy margin. However, if Trump can get even a portion of the Sanders supporters, he'd have a good shot.

I'd hope that Sanders would have more about him than to take the offer, but I have to admit, if I were Sanders, I'd be sorely tempted to grab such a great opportunity to give a big middle finger to the Democratic party and their super delegates.

I would vote for that ticket just to watch the world burn.

“I don’t want you to feel like any of this was in vain,“ Heidi Cruz said during a conference call with the campaign’s National Prayer Team on Tuesday, according to the Texas Tribune. "I believe in the power of prayer. This doesn’t always happen on the timing of man, and God does not work in four-year segments.

"Be full of faith and so full of joy that this team was chosen to fight a long battle,” she continued. “Think that slavery — it took 25 years to defeat slavery. That is a lot longer than four years.”

Well considering he's said over and over again that he'll do anything in his power to make sure Trump doesn't get into the White House, I think your coworker might be a bit misguided. He's a lot more emphatic about it than many of his supporters.

If he were serious about doing everything in his power to keep Trump out of the White House, he'd have dropped out of the race and be doing his best to talk Clinton up to his supporters.

I'm not going there or I'll be here all day and I don't want to be here even this much, but I totally disagree with both your premise and your conclusion.

Meanwhile, I'll be eagerly awaiting Trump to release his tax records, proving once and for all that he has absolutely nothing to hide...
