It's amazing to me that they can totally disregard the first amendment for "safety"concerns but the second is totally off limits for safety. I'm pretty sure the number of people killed by guns each year dwarfs the number of people killed by Muslim immigrants. It is the same principal behind their stance against gay marriage is that "they are standing up for the sanctity of marriage." How many of those folks are divorced? If you are using the bible to back you, where is your legislation to ban divorce? The bible actually forbids that and makes no mention of gay marriage.

i think dumpster meant, he's taking it to SCOTUS......but if he takes it there BEFORE he gets his guy confirmed, he'll loose again. he may loose even IF he gets Gorsuch gets on. he wasn't too kind about dumpster disparaging the courts. wouldn't it be a fucking laugh riot, if Gorsuch gets on the court and turns out to NOT be as conservative as the WH would like.
