Hm, so LA is not the best place to be? Sad; my son wants to study at MI in LA. He´s soon graduating from a music high school and wants to go more heavy into heavy metal, and sees MI as the best option for doing so.

If he's wanting to do the Metal thing it might work for him to go to MI. They have a ton of students from the Scandanavian countries there (Our drummer just graduated a year ir two ago and one of the teachers in my studio also teaches there).

Being in Los Angeles won't mean much in terms of career for him, though other than networking while he's in school.

I don't think I've slept since Sunday night.

I've always been into fast food (Taco Bell and Carls specificly) because it's so cheap and pretty tasty when you're hungry.

Choclate bars too. I loove snickers, milky way, ect.

Sorry to disappoint. I had my end of semester party for that class, turned in my paper, watched Dr. Jerkendorffer drink too much and turn into a bit cuddly kitten, came home and made cream-o-whatevers-in-the-fridge for dinner, and got some of that sleep stuff people talk about.

Just got done teaching my last class. After the post mortem from their show I had them play a tune and recorded it....they were very stoked about the ability to record every week. I think this is going to be a pretty cool thing

I heard this HUGE EXPLOSION while I was taking a shower this morning. Peeped out the window and there was gigantic column of smoke rising on the other side of the lake. Thought it might have been a terrorist attack, but it turns out it was just some chemical plant a couple of miles away blowing up on its own.

I heard this HUGE EXPLOSION while I was taking a shower this morning. Peeped out the window and there was gigantic column of smoke rising on the other side of the lake. Thought it might have been a terrorist attack, but it turns out it was just some chemical plant a couple of miles away blowing up on its own.

Got home from youth group about an hour ago. Had a mega huge ass argument with my step dad earlier. I think we went on for an hour before he had to go to work.

In other, better, news I had a sweeet breakthrough with soloing tonight at my church. I just felt it for some reason...I've been working hard on my major scales and I really feel like I nailed it. Can't wait to play more guitar tommorow.
