Listening to some JM in my American flag parachute pants waiting for my GF to show up and watch the new Office. Damn sinus infection has me feeling miserable.

So, what is this Lala? I have been reading about them being purchased by Apple this week but after browsing the site I don't think I understand.

You can listen to any album they have streamed over the net? What is the difference been a "web album" and the "mp3 album"?

Nevermind, after some exploring on the site I figured it out. Neat idea, Apple will make this thing huge.

you can listen to each album once.. although its REALLY easy to register a new account and listen to it again. you can just make up fake emails.

im hoping because of Apple buying them, that they dont change it. I bet it cuts into their itunes sales.

Web album means you can listen to it from the site, mp3 you get the actual files. so the web album is really cheap, but you gotta listen to it at your computer.

Had work, then watched a Christmas Story with my family. Cleaned up my room a bunch and about to hit the hay.

Also got the White Stripes second album "De Stijl" today in the mail. I've heard it several times on imeem.com (check it out, cool site for free music) so I listened to that. Man what an awesome album.
 
I'm back at LMA and continuing to get shit ready for Christmas in Loveland tomorrow afternoon. I can tell I'm not going to sleep well. :(

I'm gearing up for the most... I don't know. Awkward, uncomfortable, painful, weird, strange?... Christmas ever. Maybe all of the above, maybe none of the above, I don't have a fucking clue what to expect.
 
Got Reaper open with a drum track and a B3 track, listening to Rancid - Life Won't Wait, cruising the forums, and am way to anxious about receiving a box of electronic parts for a new project. Oh, and drinking beers. But that's a given. . .I mean, it is 9:tongue:m on a Friday :embarrassed:

Who knows... maybe it'll be a fantastic Christmas because while it's the end of an old set of traditions it gives you a chance to start completely new as the family you ARE rather than the family you were. :shrug:
 
got home from dinner at the in-laws and put the kids to bed. Mrs W is asleep on the couch next to me and I'm just catching up on stuff here.

Actually had an order and a stock check on the online store for the first time in a while tonight. That was kinda of nice.....
 
I got up exceptionally late today, because I've been sleep-deprived. So I really shouldn't be here at all.
