Achtung! Sooooooooooo any of you guys interested in the international sawker cup?

Well done to Scolari. Take a team that hasn't lost at home for almost 40 years and turn them into absolute shit.
I know I've said it before this World Cup, this is the worst Brazil team I can remember. Can't believe they even got through the group stages.

How many minutes of this match has Robben spent lying on the grass? Bloody hell what an annoying player. Too bad he's borderline world class when he wants to be.

I was just about to say how boring this was, and "we have a bingo!" 3-0 and Brazil is totally humbled...

Brazil totally humiliated on home soil (or grass....) - twice.
For a nation where football is religion they'll be hurting a very long time. Quite sad to see them like this.

Yeah I would bet on Germany, but you never know. I hope it will be an entertaining game.

If there's one thing I have learned being a football fan for about 30+ years, it's to never rule out Germany. :embarrassed:¨
Feel that Argentina's chance is defending and taking it to a penalty shootout.

Hopefully it won't be that kind of a game where it becomes a dull 0-0 and penalties.

Yah, I have really mixed feelings about that. A pretty darned good team that does well despite not overly superhero athleticism or a true superstar. But their big star is pretty annoying. Kinda like the Tom Brady of soccer.

It really pisses me off when such good players do that. They don't need to.
Part of why I've been really torn when it comes to Luis Suarez as well when he played for Liverpool which is my favourite club.
Wonderful player, but really dislike that part of his game.

That's why I dug the US team this World Cup. No diving, cheap tricks or consistent moaning at the referee. Just good old fashioned honesty, work rate and effort.

Now if Argentina wins tomorrow it will compleat the horror for the Brazil fans.
From what I have seen in the press there is no shortage of team Germany fans within the local ranks in Brazil. No doubt they have many that will route for Argentina as a south american thing. But seeing youngsters with "Schweinsteiger" tattoo's across their shoulderblades and such has opened my eyes to how fanatical they are about footballers from home or abroad.

I was starting to decide I would pull for one team or the other, but as I have not been a fan of either team really, I think instead I will pull for a good game, with little fake drama, and lots of good play from both sides. Viva la futboll!

I am fairly convinced it will be at least extra time, likely penalties.

Argentina will sit back like against the Dutch and Belgians, while trying to counterattack with Messi. Germany will try to attack, but not finding a way through the Argentine defense.
