Not yet but given the sheer lack of hygiene wherewithall our pupils tend to have, it'll not be long in coming.

I'm sure you're already aware of it but I heard a thing on the radio the other night about Europeans intending to stay here need to sign up for some scheme even if you've got permanent residence etc... So we know where to send the hit squads no doubt :embarrassed:

yup, I already did apply for the settlement scheme. I have been given permanent right to stay. However, they send you a confirmation email, which cant be used as proof. You don’t get any other proof :facepalm:

My band is still gigging tomorrow evening. Mind you, the chances of more than 50 people turning up is practically zero :tongue:

You're going to get it. You're young and fit so will be fine. But it'll cost you a couple of weeks off.

I would have thought taxis would be doing good business as people avoid public transport.

I don't know, the last few videos I saw of European Taxis, those folks weren't practicing good hygene in any way shape or form.

not really. We do a lot of school runs. Colleges are already closed, and when schools are closed, it’s going to cost us a lot of work

Apparently black cabs are making a comeback in London due to the passenger carriage being 'enclosed'. Yes, enclosed with all the germs from whoever else used it. :thwap: At least with an minicab or an Uber you'd hope the drivers would be wiping everything down regularly for their own protection. Doubt if black cab drivers are doing that.
 
Yeah Wok your school run, pharmacy, dentist, hospital runs for the old biddies are fubar.

Is it your car or do you share? Im thinking take away deliveries is going to be a growth employer in the coming weeks...
 
Still breathing normally for a fat bloke. No dose of the Covid yet. Anyone else been watching Russell Kane's rants during this? Absolutely pissing myself when I watch them.

Sorry if I caused any offense in the Covid thread with my rather blase approach BTW. I was just trying to calm people down as there was a lot of freaking out going on. It's a dangerous disease that should be taken very seriously, but so is anxiety and some people where doing themselves more harm than good IMHO.
