i don't know the policy on that, however, quite often the racist is of a particular political party (at least lately), and any comments on that does belong in here.
 
If you would make a thread I would be sure some would find it political.

Not for the last 50 years or so. Bastard has basically become a synonym for "asshole", and used only with males.

When someone says "You bastard", they aren't casting doubts upon your parents marital status when you were born.
