National Football League 2018

For me, it's less "gaining wisdom", more- after being punched in the face so many times, you go numb.

But this year is different. There is a 78% chance the Bears win the Superbowl this year.

I've watched 2 Bears games this season. Their D is legit. If Gruden's contract isn't guaranteed, I'd consider firing him after trading Mack. (but I'm not much of a John Gruden fan to begin with)

Anyone else find it interesting that the Redskins got their asses beat on Columbus Day? Time to change the name and stop Columbus Day.
 
Bears are back from their by week. When we last left them, Trubisky threw 6 touchdowns and had a QG rating of 154.7. Before that game against Tampa, he was bad. I mean really bad. HTF did he end up in the NFL bad. How could you possibly trade up to take him instead of any of the other available quarterbacks bad. So I'm holding my breath to see how he does today. Is he really not so horrible, and it just takes time with a new coach, new system and now everything is honky dory? 2 weeks is a long time to hold your breath.

He doesn't have to be great yet. He has time to still develop and he has the luxury of, what looks like, an awesome D to take care of him this year. If he can limit the mistakes and be a 'game manager' they will cruise to the playoffs.

I find the Bears' games to be excellent entertainment.

The Bears are 3-2. Trubisky wasn't horrible. Mack got hurt early, a couple of interceptions but other than that, defense was not there today.
