National Football League 2018

...as long as you're talking Redskins, it is really looking like they maybe shoulda kept McVay and let Gruden go.

Not possible. McVay and Gruden are thick as thieves. There was no scenario where McVay lies in wait for Jay to get fired instead of simply branching out on his own.

Legion of Boom is done. Thomas is injured and out, and flipped someone (who knows whom) off on the way out of the stadium. Beat Arizona at their home though.

I’m beginning to think the Browns will have a better record than the Skins at the end of the season.

Last night's game was horrific, and I'm not really even a Redskins fan. I just watch them out of a morbid curiosity.

Of course, the Ravens didn't do much better losing to the Browns in overtime.

I am a DC area native. My grandfather was a huge Skins fan, season tickets the day they opened RFK, he went to all 5 Super Bowls. When I was a kid, I got to meet a ton of players, even got to be on the sidelines for a couple games as Roy Jefferson's guest. For the longest time, a loss on Sunday would put me in a shitty mood until at least Wednesday. Luckily, I've gotten over that or I would've been in a bunch of shitty moods  I still watch the games, but I almost don't even care if they win or lose anymore.

Haha, yeah, I remember those days...staying upset over (Oilers) losses. But with age comes the wisdom that it is just a game, and an entertainment venue. It is like being upset over a crappy movie. In the end it doesn't matter. I can't remember who won the Superbowl 2 years ago.
