I've been rough AF after a heavy sesh yesterday so slept through most of it. Tourney is getting interesting.
 
I got this ad today from soccer.com. I thought the timing was terrible, given the missed PK by CR7...

Hah, sounds like there are a few Rangers fans in the stadium for tonight's game. Lustig gets booed everytime he's near the ball. :grin:
 
For somebody like me (who does not have "a team") the round of 16 was incredibly entertaining. Can't wait for the quarterfinals!
 
The 2 games yesterdays were bonkers. And no France, Portugal, Germany and Holland already. Certainly not going the way most people expected it to go. Maybe England actually has a chance....nah :grin:

It's quite possible we'll have a Denmark-England semi final. That should be a great game to watch.

Right now though, Italy are looking like the favourites to me. They've got a great balance to their team. But..this tournament has been different. Wouldn't be surprised to see a few more curveballs.

Kind of agree. But one difference it seems in the tournament is that a lot of the supposedly best teams are having to go head to head (Germany/France/Portugal, England/Germany and Belgium/Italy). That coupled with some of the upsets already could end up having a couple of teams in the finals that no one expected. Great for the neutrals though

Now this has been a great football game so far.

Italy have been fantastic. Still weird to see them playing like that, but it works. If they keep that up, they're winning this tournament.
