Rockies make yet another pitcher look really good. Luckily Iannetta is starting to hit. Someone has to hit on that team. At least they won....

Capuano was really good until he gave up that home run. the Mets ran themselves out of the game and left 10 runners on base. you can't do that and expect to win.

It is looking like the Rockies third baseman Ian Stewart is less than a week from going to visit another team on a permanent basis. He hit horrible at the beginning of the season, then went down AAA to get his stroke back, and is one for eighteen since he came back. Most of the pitchers on the team are hitting better than he is. I'm guessing that if he does not start hitting in another week then when Wiggington come off the DL he is either trade bait or cut.

Who's going to trade for him if he can't even hit here? Ugh.

crazy game, Dave. Davis and Wright collided, one of the grounds crew got stuck under the tarp, and it took two pitchers and two hitters to finish the at bat that was interrupted.
