Does look a little naan like, you are right. It was a bit underproofed as my kitchen was a couple of degrees colder than I thought it was, so the cornicone is not as pronounced as I'd have liked. It's soft because it was cooked in less than 90 seconds. And I topped them less than I usually do. Overall they are close to the best ones I've done though

looks good!

They were good, I made the fire a bit bigger this time and cooked them at 435c which is a bit hotter. all cooked in less than 90 seconds. was a sourdough/instant yeast mix

Froze the marinaras, I'll add more toppings to them whenever I cook them in the kitchen oven

niiiice! It's definitely all personal taste, but I say stick with that higher temp!

They are fairly thin, 245g per 12" pizza which is thinner than a typical NY slice for example. There's no smoke flavour as it burns too hot, for anyone wanting a pizza oven I'd recommend just going with a gas one to be honest, it's just easier and cleaner :)

I was looking at a "Fire below the stone" model just yesterday at a great price. The stone has gaps on all sides so the heat comes up and around to get those edges nice and charred still. I might pull the trigger here soon. I'm getting back into my bread making and also at a point where I'm saying "Screw your low carb diet" to my wife.

They were very nice. Cooked longer than these tonight which were cooked a bit hotter, and these ones had 250g doughballs instead of 180. I think I prefer this type to the rolled out ones

Just seen an ad for a thing on at 9 where Jamie Oliver builds a wood fired oven. I'll maybe have to have my 2nd bottle of wine in the house tonight :embarrassed:

Was it worth watching?

Just ordered some more wood. Not been this excited since I ordered some more flour
