Remember all the talk about Trump being a Democrat in Republican clothing during the election process. Many people thought he was pandering to the hard right in order to cajole them into backing him.

So he rushes out a ludicrous healthcare reform bill that fails miserably and then "threatens to leave Obamacare in place"...

Perhaps that was exactly what he wanted.
