Right now it’s hard to believe SNL used to mock GHW Bush for being PRUDENT. How was that ever a bad thing? Especially as a followup to the president who mass-produced nukes and let his wife’s astrologer advise him on policy?
 
The thing is I think almost everyone who held the office of President before had at least had some respect for the office and for the institutions of the country. They weren't necessarily good at their jobs and went off the rails sometimes but they took it seriously for the most part. This guy and the people he's surrounded himself have no respect for anything.

I'm just going to refer to him as "this guy" from now on.

as i remember it, they were mocking the WAY he said things. and it was kinda comical. however, the whole statement about "prudent" came about when he was asked if we were going to go right on in to bagdad and take down sadam, during the first gulf war.
his answer was "no, we're not gonna do it, it would be prudent at this juncture." which was EXACTLY right. but sonny boy did it anyway, and look were we are.

they're on a mission. they are GOING to raise the fourth reich. that's the plan.

and i prefer "dumpster", because that's what he is .....a garbage recepticle.

If all but the ultra conservative media Boycott the Trump White House briefings, he will go bigly ballistic. Nothing bothers Cheeto more than being ignored.
