Nazis Once Published List of Jewish Crimes, Trump Now Pushing to Do the Same for Immigrant Crimes

On the White House website, inside of the press releases concerning Trump/Bannon executive actions you will find this “Executive Order: Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States.” In it, a list of immigrant crimes to be made and updated regularly and given to the public for consumption is ordered.

(b) To better inform the public regarding the public safety threats associated with sanctuary jurisdictions, the Secretary shall utilize the Declined Detainer Outcome Report or its equivalent and, on a weekly basis, make public a comprehensive list of criminal actions committed by aliens and any jurisdiction that ignored or otherwise failed to honor any detainers with respect to such aliens.

This appears to be similar to the Nazi controlled paper, Der Stürmer, where readers were invited to send in stories of supposed Jewish crimes.

Crux of the biscuit:

"Seniors who are not capable of handling their finances properly are being denied their Second Amendment rights under this rule without due process. It's also patently absurd to classify incapable financial handling as a mental illness."

So how do we give these people due process so they can be legally barred from having guns?

on the Federal level:

A person is “adjudicated as a mental defective” if a court, board, commission, or other lawful authority has made a determination that a person, as a result of marked subnormal intelligence, mental illness, incompetency, condition,
or disease:
™
Is a danger to himself or to others;
™Lacks the mental capacity to contract or manage his own affairs;
™Is found insane by a court in a criminal case;

or
™
Is found incompetent to stand trial, or not guilty by reason of lack of mental responsibility, pursuant to articles 50a and 72b of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 850a, 876b.
A person is “committed to a mental institution” if that person has been formally committed to a mental institution by a court, board, commission, or other lawful authority.
The term includes a commitment:
To a mental institution involuntarily;
For mental defectiveness or mental illness; or
™For other reasons, such as for drug use.
The term does not include a person in a mental institution for observation or by voluntary admission.

The term “lawful authority” means an entity having legal authority to make adjudications or commitments.
The term “mental institution” includes mental health facilities, mental hospitals, sanitariums, psychiatric facilities, and other facilities that provide diagnoses by licensed professionals of mental retardation or mental illness, including a psychiatric ward in a general hospital.

IDK...unless they've rewritten the definition of mentally defective under this reg, it seems perfectly reasonable that if the Federal govt knows you fit that "Lacks the mental capacity to contract or manage his own affairs", then they should be prohibited.
