I've stayed away from the TV and all news today until just now. There is a Trump parade going on at the moment. The commentator (forgot who) on ABC just said, "I've never seen so many bleachers empty during an inaugural parade."
Sure enough, the camera pulled back and...

I guess tiny crowds and empty bleachers come with tiny hands and empty campaign promises.

Rachael Maddow/MSNBC reported and observed this as well. They said those seat were normally reserved for high-rollers/big contributors.

I think the low attendance of today's events is a combination of Trump's low approval rating, the crappy weather in DC, and the fact that most sane people wouldn't go near that place out of fear of violence. Even considering all those issues, I'm still amazed attendance is so sparse. I mean a lot of people voted for this clown. Where are they?
