OMG Politics, I'm over it already.

It isn't a "charge" at all. This is a civil case. The female in question is wanting money.

An anonymous female comes forward wanting money instead of criminal justice and her only proof is an anonymous witness. Right before the election. I'd like to think that the scepticism of responsible journalism is keeping it from getting more press.

If Hillary Clinton was facing even half this amount of legal trouble, the RNC would make sure it was in the news cycle 24/7:

HILLARY CLINTON RAPE LAWSUIT: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
ANONYMOUS HILLARY CLINTON RAPE ACCUSER CANCELS NEWS CONFERENCE AFTER DEATH THREATS
IS HILLARY CLINTON A SERIAL RAPIST? ABOUT THE LAWSUIT THE DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE FACES
10 OTHER HISTORICAL FIGURES BESIDES HILLARY CLINTON WHO WERE RAPISTS

Yep. That the Democrats aren't doing makes this race far too close and gives Trump a glimmer of hope. So much so, that 538 has now given Ohio, North Carolina, and Florida back to Trump. She'll win, but if their map is correct, it'll be by a slim margin.

as i've said before, i don't put a lot of stock in the 'poll pundits'. they seem to have a different set of numbers several times per day, and i really don't think people are actually changing their minds that much or often.

it's like....."give 4 point to trump and take 3 away from clinton.....news flash"

They actually do have different numbers many times per day. What I like about 538 is they're an aggregate of a lot of polls, and weight them on past performance. So the "polls plus" numbers are much slower to move than other pollsters. They're just numbers at the end of the day, but they do give some indication of where the country is.

That's the real media bias regardless of the specific medium...ratings, specifically the revenue generated from said ratings. Forget political bias, whatever brings in the cash will get the most play. Works the same for the neo-con right wing nut jobs as it does for CNN or mainstream neo-con asshats at Fox.

In case anybody was hoping Fox News might chill out after this train wreck of an election…the fuckers are putting Tucker Carlson in the 7:30pm slot.

I mean, small poll number here, but we have a decent number of people who seem like they're voting for Hillary in this thread. How many changed their mind because of the recent email "scandal"? I don't think anyone. So who are these people that swapped positions because of that? Or did someone who previously said they weren't going to vote suddenly decide they'd had enough and just had to put a stop to that woman!

I agree with the sentiment that things can't possibly actually be changing that quickly, this close to the election. Possibly it's just that different polling methods are producing different results, looking at different cross sections of society, etc. But if you somehow could know the actual numbers, I'd be willing to bed they haven't moved more than 5% this entire election (after the two candidates were selected, that is).

I for one am not voting for Hillary (actually I already sent the ballot in) because I like her as much as the alternative would be a disaster of monumental proportions. All this shit wouldn't have changed my vote even if I had it to do over again. Maybe if the Republicans had a decent candidate but in my estimation they do not.

as i said earlier......media making themselves relative for the headlines and profit.....or their illusion of being relative.
