I pretty consistently get dents in the door of my coupe. I think it is mainly cause the parking spots are really narrow at our offices. Luckily there is a local guy that takes them out for between $20 and $50 depending on where the dent is located.

Here is a pic of the Bandit Red Stripe I got on Friday. It fits on top of the 1x12 cab I got about a month ago.

So, I'm back in the saddle! In a new relationship. It hasn't been that long since my last 'long' one ended horribly, but I'm ready and excited to start this new one. :) We get along great. Hope it stays like this and it isn't just the honeymoon period.

p.s - what is it with playing old, cheap instruments over 'expensive' ones? I find myself reaching for my $130 Hadean over my US Peavey all the time, for weight as well as tone.. Maybe I'm just a sucker for a P/P

Finalized the financial plan, locations are being scouted and my hand picked staff are ready, willing and able. This time next year I will be readying the grand opening of my own bike shop

Evenin'.

Mojo, dman.

Happy new stuff week, peeps.

After work today, took the Mrs. Out for an early birthday dinner. Gonna work it off tomorrow morning...

Late shift this coming week. Could be a good thung.

Morning.

A nice, spring Sunday morning. Just had some breakfast, sipping coffee, listening to some neighborhood kids go nuts and let out all that cooped-up spring fever :).

My big thing before going to work today is gathering up receipts to turn in from my Seattle work trip . I am gonna, however, give this used Strat I just got a good going over, though .

So I put casters on the Bandit last night, and found it was more than happy to roll off the 1x12 cab. So down to Menards I go. I found a rubber mat on top of the cab keeps the Bandit (fairly) stable.

No flat tires this morning, hoping it was just some dumbass kids and no malicious...

Just went to GC. Everything there is SO BORING. Where are the offsets? So sick of the LP/Strat style. And basses - no double P? My guitar and bass would stand out like a sore thumb..

It's always good to change up the workout routine. Keeps things interesting.

Dude, that rules. If I wasn't building guitars, I seriously thought about doing hand brazed framesets. I was too worried about the liability aspect of it though. :(

That's awesome! I'd come over when I finally decide to replace my $165 CL Giant Cypress ST, but I'm not sure I'm ready for the Orange County to Santa Clara County ride yet!

so not a guitar build.. but....

I found this 25" monitor at an ecycle.. said it didnt work... took it apart. broken florescent tubes... those are too expensive... ordered some LED strips (smd 5050), 12volt wall wart, and voila... nice LED LCD for 30 bucks. Just flick the switch on the back to light up the screen.
