Just mowed the front yard, before the rain. Back will have to wait for another day. As soon as my dad dropped off the mower the old man from next door came right over and started chatting about the yard and the dandelions again. :facepalm:

Oh and I have to go back to the dentist in three weeks for a filling.... haven't had one since I was 11. :( According to the dentist this spot was "sticky" and while not a full blown cavity it'll move in that direction and it's less painful to take care of now than later. Time for a refill on valium...

This was the easiest week of work ever. There was a water main break downtown that basically closed down our office Monday through Wednesday (we had to come in Tuesday and Wednesday only to get sent home at lunch :annoyed:).

Tonight I'm going to a local Thai restaurant with some friends, supposedly it's the best one in the area and I've never been so I'm anxious to check it out. Then come home, watch some baseball and PTFO.

Tomorrow I'm taking the car to the shop, run some errands and attempt to make dinner rolls for Easter. Might just watch something on Netflix... low-key night unless my friends come home for Easter and decide they want to go out.

Easter Sunday going to family dinner then back home to probably do some laundry and lounge around. Not too exciting of a weekend. :embarrassed:
 
Long weekend from work so I went with my brother to his weekly quiz night in a huge students sports bar last night. I hit thepub after work and was pretty drunk by time he picked me up so by the end of the night i was mortalled. It didn't help that the bar staff would randomly slip me free drinks so I was drinking pretty fast to see if my next one was free or not :grin:

On standby to DJ tonight which sucks because it's a gorgeous day and it would be much better served sitting in the sun drinking cold beers.

DJing tomorrow night, Biggest football game of the season on Sunday then my bro and his missus are hosting the final come dine with me night that our friends are all doing. Ive been told not to turn up drunk but if Rangers win there's no way i'm saying off the booze in the afternoon. It's not my fault they picked that day to have their party :embarrassed:

Monday I have no idea what Im doing but its nic ejust to have it off.
 
fixing up the new studio/toy room.
working on new MUNG songs, maybe.

wondering when I work next, thinking I should have checked yesterday, since the store's closed today.
 
I was supposed to have lunch with Luigi at The Pub, but I found water pooling under my bathroom cabinet, so now I've gotta go leak hunting.
 
I wiped up, and then I put a couple of sheets of paper towels down both in the cabinet and under it, because when I check the pipes and connections they were all dry. I'm hoping it's just a bad seal of the sink and cabinet and some caulk will fix it.

Now I'm off to lunch. :embarrassed:

I recently had a dream where I decided to take a job at some restaurant, and on my first day of work, I forgot that I had to work... I guess I've been self-employed so long, even my subconscious doesn't want a job!
 
Parents coming up this afternoon from DE. My dad had a cancer screening test if some sort this morning. Not really sure how bad it is but he's been talking to me on the phone a lot lately and yesterday he called to ask me for my SS#. I didn't ask why.

We have dinner reservations tomorrow night at the place where I'm a silent partner. It's pretty cool because the girl who answered the phone knows who I am and said she will do something special to make me look good. That's always a nice to have happen when in front of the parents.

Sunday doing the Easter thing at my wife's in-laws. I can't say that I am looking forward to that. I guess you have to so what you have to do.
