And the Neil Peart tribute was announced and I grabbed tickets for that - May 16.

Hoping to see GLASS ANIMALS (again) but they already sold out in Minneapolis; maybe they will schedule a larger venue next time?

Looks like I am going to the GLASS ANIMALS show tonight after all  as I won two tickets to the show from 89.3 The Current :party2:

The venue is super small; about 400 max capacity ................. I'm beyond stoked!!!!!!!!!!!

Saw DBT last night. They put on a hell of a show these days. Just flat out killed it.
They rarely disappoint. It's just down to Cooley and Hood on guitars now, right? Last time I saw them Shonna was still on bass. I guess it's been a while...

My DBT show is lined up for the 31st, I'm stoked.

Before that though I've got Robyn Hitchcock (this Sunday) and then Brittany Howard in two weeks.

Jay Gonzalez, who was on keys after Jason left, is now on guitar and keys. The first time I saw them, was their last tour with Shonna. I couldn't hear until 6 pm the next day

One thing they did this time, which I thought was super cool, was they played, what appeared to be their last song. Patterson just held his guitar in the air like he was done for the night, then he handed it to his guitar tech. Jay then handed his guitar to the other guitar tech and he went over to the keys. Then they played "People Who Died" with the techs on guitar and they each sung a part.
