Yeah, the catheter is out, thank Christ, along with all of the liquids and the pumps. I’ve been able to go for a short little walk, sit up on chairs, walk to the bathroom by myself, etc. Hopefully I’ll be able to shower tomorrow.

Still have IVs stuck in my hands for protocol, just in case of emergency.

Thanks. I was moved out of Special Care earlier this afternoon and lucked out into a single room with a nice view. Hopefully things will be a little calmer, more private, more relaxing, etc.

COVID-19 has its perks.

No real news other than that my surgeon was happy with that the surgery. Won’t have any news further news until the pathology reports and my next couple of MRIs. But my wife will be able to figure all of that out.

No real news other than that my surgeon was happy with that the surgery. Won’t have any news further news until the pathology reports and my next couple of MRIs. But my wife will be able to figure all of that out.

Exhausted and hungry from steroids, but feeling good. Comfy and cozy.

Yeah, it’s a pleasant surprise. In the past, I’ve been in for a week at minimum. I’ve been recovering very well, but I expect that the virus was a factor. That, and I have family who can manage the meds and bandages on a regular basis.
