Achtung! Sooooooooooo any of you guys interested in the international sawker cup?

I don't know what to say...well I do but it wouldn't be PC

Neymar and Silva would not have prevented this I think

:embarrassed:mg:

Well I'm watching a recording of the match now. Sick bastard that I am, I'm also watching all the pre-game chatter about how Brazil was divided, but now they are coming together behind their beloved team. :embarrassed:ops:

I feel bad for Brazil...losing is one thing, but this sets the standard for humiliating beat downs.

Just watched the highlights. It looked as if a few of those Brazilian defenders had given up, after the 3rd goal. Some of them just didn't look like they were trying very hard, not playing like the score was 0 - 0.

No chance they could have prevented that. Germany was just way too good, and they could even have scored more!

I think it was more of Brazil not bothering to defend anymore after the second goal rather than the Germans being too good.

Giving away that much space against a team as ruthless as Germany is not only extremely naive but just plain suicidal.

Brazil have been incredibly lucky to have come this far, but today they showed without Neymar they are a very poor team.

They probably knew at that point there was no way they could get back.

Yup. Agree on that. Even in the group stages Neymar (and Fred diving) saved their arses on numerous occasions.

What a brutal pummelling they threw down. Too bad I'm working tonight. It must be crazy tonight in every gasthaus in the nation.

Felt bad for the Brazilian fans though. Reduced to tears before the 30 minute mark. I hope their goalkeeper survives this. He may have to have Saul call the vacuum repair guy.

Cesar is well used to worse things. He's played for QPR under Harry Redknapp the last few years.

It was hardly Cesar's fault from what I saw (only 2nd half). There was no defence at all by that point in time. Sounds like there wasn't any in the first half either. They only had 2 goals in the second...could have been 4-5

The big question now is:

When are we going to see hot Dutch women wearing orange mini-skirts, like at the last World Cup?

Congrats to Klose. He should be able to hold that record for 4 years.

Maybe I think. At last count Müller is now at 12 or 13 WC goals after today. On his second wc. Help me out Dex.

Edit: okay, found out it's only ten right now. For some reason I was told he hit 3 last night.

I had a depressing thought this morning - Brazil is going to have to play again Saturday in the 3rd Place match. o_O

I felt like I did when I watched this back in the day as a young man.

Just watching your team win, but hoping that the opposing team could at least score something to leave with a bit of dignity.
