Ive tried hitting it like a bored drummer in a pub band but its just not any good. I need to go all Moon/Bonham or I don't see the point in drumming

If Scotland gets its independence (Im not bothered, one way or the other) would it mean we don't have to listen to that bat bastard racist twat Salmond anymore? If so, I vote yes.

I need a new cymbal for my drum kit. Actually I need a regular crash cymbal as the cheap one I bought is dented more that Mark Bolans mini. Seriously, it look so bad. Half decent ones start at about 60 quid though. I also need a ride cymbal. Playing music, I think at any level, is too expensive.

Good cymbals are very expensive. The ones I use tend to cost 150 and over :embarrassed:

Good used ones might be an option :wink:
 
Interesting, I never considered that. Ill look on ebay to see if its possible.

How did Turkey somehow corner the cymbal market anyway?

No cold here, this is because I have had the flu vaccination which will protect me from all known diseases and ailments. Maybe.

Band practice last night was the first chance to try out my newly acquired backup Trace Elliot Super Tramp and it performed admirably. Had a couple of scratchy pot moments but nothing that a squirt of switch cleaner shouldn't handle. Chuffed is the word. :cool:

Thanks t'huge – still waiting to hear from the distributor as to when the other services will be available. There's apparently a problem with the 'aggregation' whatever that means... :shrug:
