Return to the Planet of the "Hey Euro's its that time again" Thread.

You'll all be relieved to know that my tetanus shot went well and I am still alive. Also, they don't appear to do you in the arse anymore. Not over here anyway.

How long have you been away?? As far as I can recall, I haven't had one in the arse since I was a small boy.

Help!!! I seem to be suffering from posting diarrhoea. But have you seen this. FFS! I had to check several times to make sure that I hadn't slipped through a wormhole and found myself landed on April Fool's Day.

Away from the UK? 10 years now (feck, has it really been that long already?)

Acadia, we get the flu shot at work too. Big deal over here what with bird flu and all that palava.

I've got the flu jab the last two years. Gave me a really bad cold both times

Don't know if it's just a coincidence or I have a bad reaction but I don't think I'll bother again.

Fine, when the flu mutates to create a world full of zombie flesh eating undead don't say I didn't warn you.

I saw the_huge's fine contribution earlier but it felt that it stood by itself, without need for further comment.

We're not American's :snooty:

:embarrassed:

Oi oi.

Last bit of paperwork done with the lawyer today.

She had a look at my bank statements:

"This is a big payment in..." - yes, as I mentioned on the phone I worked abroad from 2009-2010 and put everything I made there into my current account.

"Ok, this is also a big payment" - yes, that would be late 2009

"Ah i see, hmmm what about this one?" - June 2010....

"Oh right my bad, ummm and this one?" LITERALLY ANYTHING THAT WENT INTO MY ACCOUNT PRIOR TO AUGUST 2010 WILL BE FROM MY TIME IN THE MIDDLE EAST AS EVIDENCED BY THE FACT THAT ACCOUNT SENDING THE MONEY IS JBJ - SAUDI SAVINGS ACCOUNT!!!

Morning ASBO owners wave0

I went to Saudi Arabia once. It was a bizarre place I thought. Nice and sunny though.

Jon, have now bought your brilliant Christmas song from iTunes. Still very impressed. I think I'm a fan or something.

You will be over the moon to know that you now occupy memory space on my iPhone. Even better, as the music is listed alphabetically you will be very please to know that above you in the list is none other than S Club 7 (my daughter likes 'Don't Stop Movin', as do I)
and below you is the legend that is Smokey Robinson with 'The Tracks Of My Tears'. You're in good company! I don't mean that old knobhead Robinson but the lovely Rachel Stevens

morning student loan repayers

last past before I unplug my iMac today. It's moving day, so no faffing around I am afraid. No connection yet in the new house, so see you guys in a week or so

oh well, at least I don't have to go to work until monday :)

Moving days are cack. I can't stand them. Yes its nice to see friends and family and so on but basically you have to carry a lot of heavy stuff. As its all yours you'll be expected to carry all the mega heavy awkward stuff too.

Good luck though Wok. I hope you get to somewhere with free wlan on your phone or whatever so you can let us know which items you dropped and broke. Hopefully not the iMac.

Morning, match fixers. wave0

The thing I hate most about moving is that you always think you're "about half done" when you've actually only moved about 20% of your stuff.

What annoys me is that my wife makes things like tiny sandwiches and drinks and biscuits for everyone. The set of fat bastards are supposed to be helping me move all my ace gear, not sat about eating all my food. Fuckers.

Good afternoon Professionals fans

Sad news indeed about Mr Collins

A big thanks to Acadia for purchasing our Christmas single and the thought that I'm now snuggling up to the lovely Rachael Stevens on his iPod-thingy has made me all moist.

When are the rest of you bastards going to support your local tribute band?

I have no clue what you're on about?

Still waitng to hear from my lawyer that the financial info is fine and I'm good to get the keys tomorrow

Better all work out as planned as I've got Monday off and a couch being delivered then :embarrassed:
