Return to the Planet of the "Hey Euro's its that time again" Thread.

I don't suppose any of you would know how to say "split shaft tuners" in Italian? I'm trying to communicate with an Italian guy on ebay selling individual tuners. He seems to be able to communicate OK in English, but he doesn't seem to understand when I specify that I don't want a split shaft one.

Can't speak Italian but I'd find some want and do not want images or diagrams and send them with Si and No.

I've already sent pictures, ha. I think he must be thinking I'm talking about the knobs or something. I'll see how he replies to my latest message. :)

So 4 weeks off work turned into 4 months. Anxiety and sleep have not improved. Meanwhile, the bills are piling up but going back to work just stresses me out.

meanwhile i have completed Netflix

Cold, anxiety and Netflix mojo. Slightly under the weather myself but not really of the mojoworthy sort.

Outside there's a thick fog of the kind you can step in and out of, and rotten sailor zombies with glowing eyes wouldn't look out of place at all. It's pretty cool, I don't think I've ever seen it like that before, except in teh movies.

Diversity ftw. Disfavoring a Yank posting in a Euro thread on an American forum would be immoral, klutzy and gastronomically unwise, especially for someone who suffers from a pancake & twang addiction.

Currently watching some stupid ABC Movie of the week on paramount +. Disaster on the Coastliner

look i love disaster movies and i also drive trains, i think i'm legally obligate to watch it.

So it turns out my 'cold' is Covid again  Feel OK and improving. This thing is a fucker! This is at least the 3rd time and I've been vacced 3 times. Leave me alone you little bastards!

I must be going soft but get well my Tim friend. :hippie:

@pmc100 living the wild life takes its toll I guess :embarrassed: Mojo, get well soon.

For those not in the pet thread, we're currently waiting for the arrival of our rescue dog. They sent us some new pictures of her a few days ago:

We went to an event with several rescue organisations where the one she's currently at was also present, the reaction of her current handler was: "oh my, she's lovely but a piece of work", but well, we were already prepared for having her redecorate our place, but at least she's supposed to be super friendly and, while wild as fuck, a total sweetheart, so we'll see. It kind of sounds like exactly what we asked for in our first application, so unless we completely overestimated ourselves, it should be fine. And it was quite fun that at the end of the phonecall we had with the rescue organisation they said that they had six other families they'd consider for her, but that our life and expectations sounded so good for the life they want her to have that they weren't going to bother interviewing the rest if we'd say yes after a nights sleep over it.

Other than that, got a first solo exhibition coming up for the project that me and the GF have been working on for a few years. We have performed live across Europe with it several times, but during the COVID slump in live stuff we wrote a plan for an art exhibition and a gallery in the centre of Helsinki wanted to have us. As usual, in spite of all planning and preparation, we're kinda scrambling to get everything done before the opening on the 31st of March :embarrassed:
