Grrr, got my weekly pay today, but hadn’t been paid the money I am due. HR can’t get it right, even though I have explained the situation several times. I got paid 1 day instead of the 4 days for the week.
Elaboration: I got signed off work by Occupational Health on 10/11 until 03/12. They then kept recording ‘unauthorised absence’, because I hadn’t called in sick. I spoke to them and told them OH sent them my report and sick note. I heard nothing else and they never fixed the issues. I phoned them, but instead of fixing it, they recorded a new sick absence and didn’t pay me.
in short: they don’t have a direct phone contact, so needed to explain situation through email a number of times, and they still didn’t check the records and fix things. Now I can’t pay my bills until I get paid the backdated 6 working days they owe me (about £550).
I am pissed off and it doesn’t help my anxiety. All I can do is keep harrassing them to fix it
