All right, all?
Sounds pretty positive wok. All the best.
I've done a fair bit of self-re-evaluation over the past year or so, and I think it's all been for the better. Have already started better habits, and I think my appreciation for certain things that I may have taken for granted in the past has increased too. Things still aren't 100% where I want them, but I'm in a fairly positive frame of mind these days, all things considered. I think I got really lucky with my job. I wouldn't say it's FANTASTICALLY paid, but it's just about enough to survive on, fairly low stress, and within walking distance of where I live. That last one's a real luxury.
fuckers.
Despite having a .co.uk (and no .com address) + a London phone number it turns out the camera I just bought is shipped from the USA where the company is actually based. I'm going to be hit with nearly £500 in VAT!!!
That happened to me once. Are you still able to cancel the order?
Turns out some recalculating was done and the VAT was only £36 quid something but still, their website says everything is covered (and specifically mentions customs and VAT) so I'm chasing them up for it.
Still not received a receipt or invoice by e-mail or in the box either which is grand.
Better make sure they cover customs charges. I got hit with customs charges once on a bloody t-shirt from the US
Did the previous owner get shot?
One thing I do miss about living in Glasgow/Edinburgh is how close they are. It's almost like living in two cities.
All right, you lot?
Our office heating has been acting up and we've been sitting in 30-degree heat all day.
I could really do with some REFRESHING LAGER BEER. :
I went for some refreshing lager beers in my local earlier on and met the wife after work.
About half an hour after we left someone was shot outside it, staggered in for help and the place is now in lock down and they're not letting anyone who was in the pub out
Wow, mojo. I knew Glasgow was bad, but nothing beyond knifage
