On the road!

beautiful car. not one of the fastest ferarris every made, but a true driver's sports car. and i'm glad it's NOT red.
the whole 500 hp super car schtick has grown old. nobody can afford them, and those who can, can't drive them for shit.

It was spectacular.

Given the rare color, extremely unusual specification (European market version coupe with 'flares & chairs'—most F&C optioned cars were spyders, not coupes), and the fact that this auction took place next door in Arizona just a few months ago, I'd bet everything I own that this is the same car.

Beautiful. My best friend's dad owned a red one back in the 70s that we would sit in for hours and pretend we were race car drivers :) unfortunately, we had an unfortunate incident where in a garden rake met the hood... never allowed to touch it again.

In those days they were a dime a dozen. The redheaded stepchild of the Scuderia. A nice, running example could be had for $5-6K with the showroom condition cars maybe fetching $10K. It's astonishing to see that they not only finally got their due respect, but to see them commanding Daytona type prices. Unreal.

Spotted this car in Geneva. This is on most lists as one of the ugliest cars ever made. I present to you the Fiat Multipla. Bonus points for the pea soup green color.

And some cars in a private garage of a friend of a friend in Geneva. I didn’t take a lot of pics, but this gives you some idea of the cars.

The guy mentioned he wants to sell the 612 to make room for something new. It was an amazing car with 29,000 km on the odometer. He is going to tell me the price later in the week.

Where is the option to like a post more than once?

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS FORUM SOFTWARE?

The 612 was a late 2009 production car with the F1S dual clutch gearbox, rather than the older F1A single clutch. It also had the last version of the ECU and suspension electronics for active suspension. It had a nice custom ordered brown leather interior with contrast stitching and every option, including race exhaust, 2o inch wheels, handling package, and carbon brakes. It even has the cool electrochromatic glass roof and a leather lined trunk. Here are a few pictures. It was way nicer than the one my wife was in our local place. This was a weird thing where I was visiting a fiend who mentioned he has a friend with some great cars, and then we went to look at them and next thing you know, we are talking about his 612 he wants to sell.
