We have NO reason to believe any information that Putin provides. Until it can be verified, any information from the Russians is not to be trusted. We know their people hacked the DNC, RNC, and likely other hubs. Further, it's pretty apparent that the info from Wikileaks came from those hacks. The Russians haven't been trying to help the U.S. in any way, shape, or form.
The breakdown of public faith/trust in the first amendment, which Trump and his herd of deplorables (being ALL of those that work with, for, above, and below, as well as all of those that support him) has taken to new levels is as likely to be the true death knell of our nation as any cyber or actual weapons attack could be.
