Trump is such a fucking pussy he gets butthurt over things done to other people.
I liked the part where Pence loved the play and told his kids the booing was "freedom of speech".

yea.....if he just kept his mouth shut.Is there a reaction TrumpPants could have taken to the play scenario in which any of you would have thought "that was appropriate, I think he gets it"?

Since Pence will be in charge of all foreign and domestic policy, I guess this is what Trump meant by spending his time making America great again.Completely ignoring it would be the best course of action from my POV. If he's going to get baited into twitter outbursts every time someone criticizes or mocks his administration, it's gonna be a looooooong four years for him.
Every president has had to deail with fair and unfair criticism through their administration from detractors and supporters alike. At some point, he is going to need to ignore it or it'll be a full time job.

He said that from the beginning, and it's exactly what people voted for.yea.....it sounds like Pence is going to be the defacto president and dumpster is going to continue his character from apprentice.
THANKS AMERICA. YOU ARE FUCKING BRILLIANT
So your assertion is that because Obama said "Tough, I won" after his election that somehow negates his 8 years of reaching out to Republicans?
then i hope they get what they asked for.He said that from the beginning, and it's exactly what people voted for.
I hope we get exactly what we deserve. I hope people burn with rage over this. I hope this will go down in history as a lesson.then i hope they get what they asked for.

Then I hope people begin to take more control of the government from their local school boards on up to national elections.
Being busy doing something else isn't an excuse anymore.
Write letters, call your officials, do SOMETHING!!! ANYTHING!!! Or shut the fuck up and gobble down what you are given after our "leaders" are finished taking all they want.
And by "you" I don't mean just you mongooz,
LOL. You think people are going to learn from this? Good luck with that.
THAT was the way to handle it. I still dislike this guy immensely but at least he understands things like this.
No.
It is my assertion that just because you invite some leaders from the other side to meetings then ignore their concerns and THEN say "Elections have consequences, and at the end of the day, I won.” in response to those people, you really haven't made a sincere attempt to find "common ground.
So when you start out with the bully pulpit and don't feel you need to actually do more than lip service, you haven't spent 8 years seeking common ground or reaching out.
6<8 and I'm conceding the 6 because this is tiresome.
This is different from criticising a politician's family, I think. They're not getting booed, they're just there hearing their father getting booed. And if your political legacy so far is 1) gay couples scrambling to find a new caterer for their long-awaited wedding, and 2) ushering in an AIDS outbreak, then you probably shouldn't expect the New York theater community to be excited that you're in the house.True, he handled it as well as could, I think.
The only thing I see as a problem all the way around is the booing or addressing him at a family outing. The kids didn't ask to be singled out or booed (even if just by association) as they entered.
I know it may be par for the course, but somehow people need to find a way to address concerns without collateral damage. I am not sure I know how to do it, but it sure would be a civil thing to attempt.

After Pence signed the religious freedom restoration act (a law which allowed businesses to discriminate against anyone given religious objections), we called Pence's office. We signed petitions, we wrote to our representatives. The result? diddly-squat. Pence and the state legislature figured that in a thoroughly red state, they could ignore anyone concerned about LGBT rights and not lose votes.
When it became obvious that Indiana's economy was going to come crashing down because of protests over the RFRA, the folks in control of the Republican's purse strings got worried since they stood to lose money. All of a sudden, Pence and company had a change of heart and decided that the RFRA did NOT give people the right to discriminate against LGBT people.
Funny how that works.
