Hooray. My team was eliminated early in the Playoffs, so now I get to root again for my evil backup nihilist pick in the Super Bowl again.

The officiating was unbelievably bad - this is the best you can do for your showpiece games? The NFL is so skeezy.

OTOH, cannot tell you how much fun it was wearing Patriots shit on an epic day of skiing today, followed up by their tremendous victory. Suck it, America.
 
My best hope now is that the Pats win the superbowl, Brady retires, and they suck for a decade.

The Patriots will be likely - although not certainly - coached by McDaniels when Belichick retires. And McDaniels, having had more than a little to do with Brady's long term dominance, is a tremendous candidate to develop another/next great QB - a conversation that can now be had much more comfortably, given the way BB/TB are closing out their careers.

Those who see BB/TB's departure as The End Of The Dynasty may become terribly disappointed. Further bad news for Pats haters: Jonathan Kraft seems absolutely hell bent on continuing his father's legacy as a tremendously successful owner.
