Give me something to watch on Netflix

I rewatched I Am Not Okay With This and got sad all over again that it was cancelled during covid and we never got to see how the story ends.

Graham Coxon's soundtrack is awesome., I really dig his fake in-show band Bloodwitch.

I really liked that one too, and it seemed like they knew where things were going.

So many shows with potential canceled from streaming services. Wish they had more executives who believed in their investments.

A comprehensive for last year. Plenty of bad shows canceled too, but…

Killer Joe

Never heard of it until tonight has one big star and several tv stars. It’s bizarre should have expected it when in the first few moments a hot woman answered the door with her bush.

How old are you? 12?

Finally, after a couple of failed late night Bailey's / whisky powered attempts, I managed to finish WW2 from the Frontline.

Not treading any new ground but the footage is great.

Spoiler alert: we win.

Goddammit. There are so many shows I enjoyed on that list.

Particularly bummed by Nancy Drew and Snowpiercer.

What strikes me from that list is how many shows are based on existing IP. Some random movie from the 90's that was a minor success but is largerly forgotten? Let's make it into a TV show for some reason.

Loudermilk is pretty good, at least for the for season. It's kind of a standard take on the trope of the lovable asshole guy, but it is at least done well.

I'm about half way through Dark. Someone please tell me there's a satisfying ending to this knot of threads.
