I was checking the upcoming schedule at The Iron Horse in Nothampton and saw...The Yardbirds, featuring the original drummer.

I am tempted to see the show with Peter Asher and Jeremy Clyde. It seems like an interesting pairing, and recent clips show they still have decent voices.

I saw the Yardbirds with probably that same lineup. Don't let the fact that McCarty's the only one deter you. It (to me) was fantastic. Johnny A on guitar, Kenny Aaronson on bass, the vocalist and keyboardist were quite good. FUN!

I might be going to see JJ Grey at the 9:30 club. A buddy hit me up yesterday to see if I wanted to go.
