Nice! I have a J-35, that's also a great guitar. Gibson makes some nice acoustics IMO.

My other go to play out electric, not as versatile as the tele, but for some things it's perfect. Depends on the music and the ensemble. Last year run of the 5120 Electromatic.

Yep. I'd love a J45 to compliment my D28. With those two I'd have the acoustic thing covered and wrapped up.

As a budding guitarist in 1966, I had chance to play Martins, Guilds, and Gibsons at a local store; they were all way too far above my means. In recent years I have played Martins and Guilds that just didn't do it for me. This J-45, however, hit my sweet spot and is now the guitar I take if I am only taking one. I know that the Gibson brand has a lot of baggage, but this guitar is mine to keep.
