It's on Qello. I've ordered the DVD as well but couldn't wait until it shows up in the mail.
Qello has a 7 day free trial, and works on Apple TV as well as online.
The show is insanely good, and the visuals absolutely stunning.
The concert I saw live on that tour in Oberhausen, Germany (granted that was one of the first shows on the tour) wasn't even close in quality.
