In my case I like to substitute funny lyrics for songs:
"I've got two tickets to paradise!"
Becomes
"I've got nude pictures of Vanna White!"

I can't say anything frequently triggers me going directly into a song. Maybe random stuff bit nothing that sticks out.

If I ever met someone named Parson Brown and probably immediately start singing about building a snowman in the meadow. And then feel really foolish because I real life Parson Brown probably heard that about a million times.
