Now Pittsburgh sees the other side of the bounces. It seems that they have been getting the bounces all through the playoffs and I hope they don't get the bounces the rest of the way.
Where was Fat Phil? One assist. Stephen Hawking could get assists playing with Crosby. In fact, with Hawking in for Fat Phil, the Penguins would have only lost by 2 goals instead of 4.

That officiating was terribly skewed against Ottawa in that last game. Kunitz not getting called for the double digs into Karlson's ribs was glaring...and back the other way for a Pittsburgh goal - inexcusable. And to think that there was a moron here saying that there was a Bettman conspiracy against Pittsburgh. Tool.
In the other series, the Nashville goalie doesn't get called for playing the pick outside of the trapezoid, and Getzlaf gets fined for saying fAkking cAck sAcker. They called it a homophobic slur!?!? That is not a homophobic slur...it is a plain insult. You aren't saying "you are gay" you are saying "you aren't gay and you take cAcks in your mouth". WTF NHL?

The NHL has gone the way of the NBA -- the officiating isn't consciously biased, it just favors the marketing narrative. And by "marketing narrative," I mean "bullshit sales shpiel." In the NBA, LeBron James apparently never fouls anyone and gets 3.5 steps to the basket. Steph Curry is a poor, battered boy ... and wouldn't we all prefer to see 'stars' in the Finals?

I hope to hell Nashville knocks these assbags out, which will then ensure that there is no team I outright hate in the Final . This coming from a diehard Blackhawks fan, whom the Perds absolutely embarrassed in the first round - THAT'S how much I hate the Blues and the Ducks.
