Recommend something on netflix...

He is. But there’s a lot of vile to go around on this show.

Agreed. Chloë Sevigny might be the only likeable character in the entire series.

And Leguizamo is basically rehashing his Benny Blanco from the Bronx character, but that's not a bad thing at all.

The wife and I stared season 2 of Bloodline Subday night. We'll watch an episode a night. So far so good.

Dammit, they just posted season 3 of Peaky Blinders. I am seriously considering giving up guitar so I have time to read and watch TV.

Finally finished Black Mirror. Epic.

Gave up on Sons of Anarchy half way through season 4.

Can't decide which show to start up next. I want something fast paced and/or engaging to watch while working out.

If you dig foreign detective shows:

Luther
Engrenage (French with subtitles)
Wallander
The Fall

I finished another episode of Bloodline and I may just give up on it. There are no likable characters left and it's clear that no matter where this goes it will go to shit. Even I'm not nihilistic enough to enjoy this. Then again, Kyle Chandler is HOT.

Continuing with our recent music documentary viewing, we tried the Madonna documentary last night (neither of us are fans, but it was leaving NetFlix June 1), but we bailed after 10 minutes.

We then watched the Journey/Arnel Pineda documentary. Not a big fan of Journey, but it was a decent documentary.

+1 for both Luther and The Fall (haven't watched the other two yet) and I would certainly add Sherwood and Broadchurch to that list.

I've been meaning to check both of those out. I watched the first episode of Broadchurch with my girlfriend, who isn't in police procedurals (I love them), and it was so dark that we didn't continue with it. I liked it, though.

Oh yeah, and "Top of the Lake" was a really excellent miniseries. Set in New Zealand, with Peggy from Mad Men. Has a vibe similar to Wallander (gorgeous scenery, but very dreary and dark subject material in contrast to it).

I've watched a couple of episodes of "Doc Martin" - seemed entertaining. I'd probably watch more, but the wife detests most British TV shows.

I started the documentary about Gene Cernan - "The Last Man on the Moon". I'm a serious Mercury/Gemini/Apollo junkie, but it isn't doing much for me. It mostly consists of long shots of current day Cernan looking pensive and stately, and cheesy "artist's rendition" type videos of the important parts of his flights.

I'm sure I'll finish it - maybe it will get better.

I think I read his book but it was so dull i barely remember any of it. I just added this to my netflix list but maybe i'll save it for when i'm really jonesing for some apollo stuff.

A Young Doctor's Notebook has been entertaining to watch. John Hamm and Daniel Radcliff are both excellent in it as is the supporting cast. Despite having fairly unique features, Adam Godley is a chameleon. It took me ages to place other shows/movies he's been in.

Wife and I are in season 3 of Parenthood. It's the only thing we can watch while the kids are still awake. Anything else and it's an F bomb every 5 seconds or someone screwing.

We started watching Parenthood, and enjoyed it at first, but it just turned into too much drama and yelling.

We just started Walking Dead. 6 years late.
what "speakerjones " said ..stick with and you will be rewarded. Also Watch BATES MOTEL they have the first three seasons and all seasons were good but each season got better. this past season (5) was absolutely phenomenal....best tv show period, better than the walking dead. there is one season left.

Ugh, the Mrs loves that show. Just hearing it from the other room makes me want to slaughter that whole up talking family of twats.
