well....you know one has to make decisions about what drugs they're going to do. i mean heroin is cheap as hell, but is kinda addictive, but pot is like $100+ for a half ounce or less and is less addictive....so you gotts to make your choices. how much can you spend versus how hooked do you want to become.

doesn't every addict use this logic??

I can't tell if it's a result of 'the way we've always done this' or they just can't ever see the fatal flaw but the war on drug strategy has always just flip flopped between enforcement on source or end user after they realized just say no didn't really work. It's been a broken record for decades. Related to that Sessions forshadowing enforcement on states with legalization of rec use of MJ; States that have legalized rec MJ have already seen a reduction in ODs and opioid abuse. Not to mention that it takes cash flow directly away from those "bad hombres" & puts tax revenue in the state govt's pocket and is on pace to create more jobs than manufacturing by 2020. But yeah, lets rev up that oh so successful war on drugs thing again.

Well of course just say no failed. When you grow up in poverty and drugs are all around you an ad campaign by an old white woman isn't going to help.

I met Nancy and she was a wonderful lady. I was at children's hospital after one of my many surgeries and she was there visiting kids. It's funny, I met her at children's hospital, I met George HW Bush when he came to my high school for a lunch photo op, and I met Bob Dole on my way to the metro. He got out of a car walked right up to me, shook my hand with his good arm and said, "Hi, I'm Bob Dole." It wasn't long after he lost the election.
