Yeah, but (regrettably) in defense of LDS/Mormons...they regularly have an unemployment rate that is half or less of the national average. Their members work, tithe a flat 10% back to the church and they are "generally" taken care of. Unless, of course, they "wrong" the church and are most graciously/politely excommunicated. When you're in, they "take care of you".

there are a few things in there that should have been worked better and at least one that i am opposed to. the "you must have health care or we'll fine you" is bullshit. period. their excuse is that it "makes the young and healthy" pay into the system so the system can work. bullshit. take the f'ing mega profit out of it and everyone would buy into it on their own.

and there is not enough control over premium/deductible increases. again, take the f'ing mega profit out of health care, and that fixes itself.

it will start a trade war that we will loose our asses in. the USA ARE the consumers of the planet. lots of stuff is imported here. you would be very hard pressed to find american made clothing in your closet.

I hate the "job creator" stance. A company doesn't hire people because they get suddenly get a tax cut and say hey, we have some extra cash, lets hire someone. The only time a company hires more employees is when they can't keep up with their demand. If they get extra cash from a tax break, the share holders get a bigger dividend check or the CEO gets a big bonus.

Probably. He seems to be picking appointees on their value as red meat for the tea party and big business. Given that DeVos seems to want to wipe out public schools I’d say she fits his cabinet perfectly.

Then why is it that Jeffs and co. are brought down by welfare fraud? All those sister wives and kids on welfare are the biggest welfare scammers in the country.

I was talking to a friend yesterday who voted for Trump and he said he is loving these appointments & the transition so far. He wants Trump to tear Washington apart at the seems and cripple the government in the process. @Help!I'maRock! I guess that's one way to try and burn it down and start over........
