Man, Trump really has some issues. One minute he is saying everyone needs to come together, then he tweets shit like this.

Anyone who has ever been president or ran for president would have responded along the line of, "I'm sorry Ms. Streep, who I loved in Julie and Julia, was offended by my actions, it was not my intention to offend anyone. Hopefully in the next 4 years, I will get the chance to change her, along with millions of other American's, minds so we can come together and take this great country in the right direction." He just has no clue.

Why in the hell is he watching the Golden Fucking Globes!!!
He should not have time for that kind of thing.
Fuck, he shouldn't have time to tweet!

In Obama's exit interview on This Week with George Stephanopoulos (highly recommended watch), Obama was asked about Trump and said maybe democracy needs to be checked or corrected every now and then to point out the flaws and help improve the process for future generations (paraphrasing)... Normally I'd agree, but this isn't keeping democracy in check, this is punching it in the taint with brass knuckles.

maybe O meant that dump and his ilk ARE the flaws and if they aren't shown every day for a few years in the glaring light of truth, then THEY won't get fixed (or deleted). maybe when the asshole of orange actually gets in office and actually begins removing rights from people AND THE PRESS, maybe THEN the media will wake the fuck up and stop treating these folks like a great big game show and DO THEIR FUCKING JOB. the whole purpose of the press and the 1st Amend. IS to help keep the country from falling into a tyranny/oligarchy.

What bothers me aren’t Trumps tweets. What bothers me is the slew of clickbait about Trump’s celebrity feuds. How about hiring some of those brilliantly reductive clickbait writers to cover important stuff in a way that people will actually read? Wouldn’t it be nice if someone could write clickbait versions of the crazy long articles on The Intercept for people who don’t care about writers trying to win a Pulitzer?

Hmmmm...what colorful phrase would use to describe the gutting of the Voting Rights Act a couple of years back?

“There are scores more appointees within the department,” our source told us. “Secretarial and administration appointments that don’t require Senate confirmation, mostly performing policy, liaison, and strategic advisory capacities in support of the agency they’re at. They serve at the will of the head of their agency. Those people are, theoretically, also out on inauguration day unless otherwise directed, which hasn’t happened yet to my knowledge.”

The source later added, “I’m more and more coming around to the idea that we’re so very very fucked.”

As far as I can tell, this is unprecedented—January 20 will mark the first time in the NNSA’s 17-year history that it will exist wholly without its appointed leadership. According to Bob Rosner, the Co-Chair of the Science and Security Board of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists and the former director of Argonne National Laboratory, the leadership vacuum won’t prevent the agency from fulfilling its essential duties. But it will leave it without an advocate as it tries to secure a budget from Congress, and unable to tackle any new initiatives whatsoever.

Everyone needs to relax. Trump has it handled, he is very smart, knows more than everyone already working there. Trust me, we will be fine. Trump has everything under control bigly.

And this is coming from the president-elect who wants to redesign and expand America’s nuclear weapons stockpile. Even though the only purpose for doing so is protection from Russia’s nuclear arsenal, and he claims Russia as an ally.

I keep thinking, it can't be as bad as I think it is, and then I turn on the computer and see something he tweeted or some plan he has and think to myself, it is far worse than I think it is.

He is also removing all Obama appointed ambassadors before choosing replacements, allowing each American embassy to go without a leader for no telling how long.

He'll hold a rally with all of the countries' ambassadors and just take care of it himself.

"I have all of the best foreign policy. It's beautiful. Everyone loves it. Believe me.
You. Down front. You disagree?
Get him outta here!
See? Bigly on foreign policy. It's easy."
