Look, my grandparents are almost 90 and I love them dearly, but their politics are terrible and in reality they are voting for things that aren't going to effect them nearly as long as they will. Seniors are rich voter base and they are easily swayed by fears and often lack the ability to as thoroughly fact check as others can, especially if they're not tech savvy.

Let me be clear, I'm not advocating for the death of anyone, I'm just realistically pointing out that as the aging population permanently stops aging, I the voter results are going to shift quite a bit.

My mom is 90. She watched the debate the other night and thought Trump was an asshole. She asked me to take her to vote. She is solidly behind Hillary.

Ashlee's grandmother is the same way, but my grandparents aren't. Lots of other elderly folks are and a lot of other elderly folks aren't. As a voting block, the elderly tends right and considering they may not be around to see the fallout (huh, it's been a long time since using that word in a political context was scary) of their actions, I'm pointing out that the GOP has an age problem, sonic they're not doing a fantastic job of getting new voters, other than the uneducated white males. I don't think most of them will stick around post-Trump.

Then those 27 & younger will have no parents to pay their way. They couldn't blame everything that bothers them on "old people".
