If you consider the fact that Clinton and Trump are polling about even, that means that by this statement Hillary Clinton believes fully 25% of the American people, the very people she will claim to lead and represent as POTUS, are "deplorable " people...

I am no supporter of Donald Trump, never claimed to be...but this woman is absolutely no better, and not even remotely a viable option to lead this country...she is a closed minded, corrupt, and completely dishonest human being who has never once proven to me, in all of her years of public "service", to be anything more than a worm...

This election is no longer about choosing the lesser of 2 evils...it's about having no choices at all...

Nowhere near 100% of the population votes, so she's saying (in what she described as "gross generalities") that maybe 1/6 or 1/8 of Americans are racist, sexist, or islamophobic. Based on a back of the envelope assessment of my family and acquaintances, that's about right. It was a carefully worded assessment of what seems to be an ugly truth, spoken as a prelude to a statement of sympathy towards the rest of Trump's supporters, who are decent people who have been let down by the system so consistently that they are willing to give him a chance.

I'm sorry but using "gross generalities" and referring to any percentage of the people as "deplorable" to score political points is indefensible...this entire election process is completely backwards and proof positive of a completely broken system...

No, even more than that, I resent that...that's one hell of a conclusion to jump to based on my statement...intolerance is intolerance, whether based on racial grounds or political...you have judged me based on what, exactly?

In my opinion you are now no better than them...your intolerance us different, but you are the same as them, dismissive based on some rationale you cannot defend...
