Wife step up a schedule with the 13 year old. There was some push back when she proposed the idea, which was never going to be mandatory. After some tears the next day, the 13 year old, decided she wanted to do it.

Game changer. Went from compulsively eating all day and complaining about being bored to not doing those things, which is great for everyone in the house.
