Evening.

I am digging my new Epi LP Custom Pro so much that I may get another - one for upstairs, and one for the basement :facepalm:...seriously, though, it's THAT good, and the splittable ProBucket pickups sound dang nice.

I may have put a coupla guitars on the block...

I went with the P90s as I knew I wouldn't have to upgrade the pickups. If I went the the hums, I knew I would have to swap them out with Burstbuckers or something else, not that there's anything wrong with that. I do believe I chose wisely.
 
Hola... What ch'all up to? Snagged up this Windsor amp. So much negative talk about this amp... I think its pretty dang nice... Minimal, and nice... After playing with the bias for a bit, I think I dialed in a respectable 80's distortion... This head is massive (and has an ego....) It makes the 2 x 12 under it look tiny.

Yea, they could have shortened it by 4 inches overall. Its really basic inside, probably a good thing, but it has this box over it making it seem substantial.
 
Not much is up. Depression is acting up again. I spent the day relaxing and wallowing in my misery. I'll be fine tomorrow. Some days are just like this.
 
I think I was just overstimulated over the last few days. Too much going on. I can usually tell when I can just let it pass. I'll be fine tomorrow.
 
Well, that's good news! Sometimes all you can do is wait things out. My neck is driving me crazy as I try to wait it out. I had a massage and saw a chiro.... After all that, my neck, traps, shoulders are super sore... Waiting this out is testing my patience.
 
I still have to ship that body and neck for you. I'll get it out this week. I may ask you to rewind one of those humbuckers you shipped me. I really can't use an over wound PAF right now.
 
Ken, have you ever done anything with split single coils? I'm talking about a side by side configuration. I have a Fender split SC that is really muddy sounding. I had to repair the pickup because the lead connector broke off on it. I might sent that to you too. If you can fix it, great. If not, maybe you can dissect it and learn from it. I really don't need it. Considering that I had to repair it, whatever resale value it had is probably gone.

Damn. That's a cool pedal. And it's not nearly as complicated as the looper I have. I'll have to look into one.
