I have my Line 6 interface arriving today! The interface itself isn't that big a deal, 'cause i already have an M-Audio one. But it comes with POD Farm, so that will keep me busy most of the weekend i would imagine.

I have a sales call at a Turkey Grower in northern Michigan today so I'll be home late. Tommorow I'll continue to seal my deck, I have three days in it so far and I imagine it will take me the rest of the weekend to finish. Oh yeah and it was 43 degrees when I woke up this morning.

Today - housework after I drop my son at school - afternoon go to work and practice

Saturday - drive to Santa Ynez with family, get dropped at wedding venue to play while they hang out at the hotel or toodle around in town

Sunday - do the tourist thing in Solvang and then drive home.

Today - Errands then going to Dilly Deli for dinner and drinks.

Sat - Have a student doing yard work for me. He should have practiced more. :embarrassed: Then recording/mixing.

Sun - Loveland Art Fest... really cool open air booths down in the park alongside the river. People sell jewelry, metalworks, paintings, etc. Always fun to wander around for a little bit.

You should try busking at the art fest. I bet all those artsy people would cough up bucks.

They've got music already. It's a pretty big deal for the city and the academy has supplied music in the past. The last two years though they've gotten some local cover bands to come out and cover it.

Well, I am still in the process of not doing shit, so, since my Q3HD arrived yesterday, I think I'm going to try and work on a Paulskiwanks instructional video...

I may go down the hill this weekend to a music store and go try out the Line 6 DT50 amp...

Still reveling from my first solo acoustic gig but the weekend plans are to do more yard work - uggh. On the fun side I have filled Saturday. It begins with the West Coast RPM show for HO Scale modelers. I normally display trains and a few vehicles but this year it may just be a vehicle. I need to get inspired again about building my junk in the garage. In the afternoon, an OC blues jam. On Sunday afternoon I will be watching the Pats kick the Chargers butts - sorry OGG

Karaokeing out of town tonight. PITA as I wont get in till aback of 2 but it's a not bad night if the place is busy and the sailors (there's a naval base just down the road) keep their shit together.

One of the other guys on the agency is working in the pub next door so I have a carpool buddy to chat to.

Tomorrow a girl I've spoke to online for about 6 years if not more is coming up for a gig and is staying at my place :embarrassed: Although my intentions are totally altruistic, she is pretty damn hot so who knows what might unfold :thu:

We're going to a great Indian place then the gig at night. She's Muslim and doesn't drink so I'll need to behave myself if I do end up having a drink. The last thing she wants to do is spend her night watching me get drunk and hit on her

She leaves on Sunday afternoon which sucks because the 1st big football derby of the season is on Sunday and although if I pushed the isse, she'd probably come to the pub to watch it, I don't really want someone who hates football and doesn't touch a drop of booze to spend time in a pub full of drunk aggresive Glaswegians.

Going to my brother's quiz on Sunday night. he hosts it in a student bar in Stirling which is a huge university town and it's freshers week so I'm going up there to hit on the new undergrads.

Today - Work on some stuff for the rock band.

Saturday - Early AM run - 10:embarrassed:0AM gig with country band at big festival/car show. 5:embarrassed:0PM gig with rock band at a block party.

Sunday - Early AM run - church - deck staining - collapse.

LMA Party at my mum's house this evening. We have 23 teachers on staff and a lot of them don't know each other other than in passing, so mum and Aaron are making us socialize. :annoyed:

Otherwise not much.

This morning - Playing at a local middle school doing a jazz clinic with Tony White, Tyler Walton and a bass player I've yet to meet. Chores and whatnot today.

Saturday - work and my father-in-laws birthday dinnner

Sunday - playing a scooter sweap meet here: http://www.massimovespa.com/ 11am-1:30 if you're in the area :)

Tonight we're going to a wine tasting followed by a nice dinner in downtown Hershey. Then I'll probably go home and watch the Phils lose their 7th straight.

Tomorrow we're going to my gf's grandparents' surprise 50th anniversary party. Then lounge around and watch college football, might invite the neighbors over for some drunken Wii.

Sunday I may try to get some golf in if the weather holds but it's not looking good. If not I'll do some chores around the house and watch NFL games all day.

Friday - work on some new songs....

Saturday - Run, install garage door opener, No idea how long that will take

Sunday - 10K race in the AM. Relax the rest of the day.

Friday - Working and waiting for all the "Out for delivery" stuff. Car stuff, Computer stuff, and a t-shirt.

Saturday - hopefully work on the computer build and the boost pedal build: a geek day, in other words.

Sunday - close the pool

All weekend: try to avoid attending any event that has to do with Grape and Wine Festival.
It's a great festival and there are lots of great events. I am on a diet that excludes alcohol, but I also have no interest in sitting (more likely standing) in a crowd of rowdy people listening to a band I've never heard of before - at least not without the benefits of alcohol.

Friday - Clean up wiring on pedalboard for Saturday's gig and other Doodah's

Saturday - Exercise and then the Canyon Gig. I will both Mr & Mrs Potato head on my amps this time. The Weber gets its cherry broken on a larger venue.

Sunday - Rest, Yardwork and Football....

TGIF!!!!

Last night Reason 6 was released, so i went ahead and upgraded, i wanted the new toys. And its 64 bit, although i have no clue what that means in real life, my computer is Windows 7 64 bit, so i figured its good to match. :embarrassed:

I'll be messing with that this weekend. And imma gonna make wings, cause you guys got me hungry for 'em. :embarrassed:
