I dug that, kinda hypnotic. Maybe it's just the programmed drums, but the guitars sound almost programmed/quantized too, so that the overall effect is almost more like techno. (please don't take this as an insult, it's not!)

Right on. I definitely went for hypnotic.

Guitar playing is all me but the tone is amp-modeling, hence the sound. I appreciate the feedback.

dunno bout boulder, but denver has a HUGE metal scene these days. probably all the legal weed, but CO is a very metal state.
