Tonight, I'm finishing up hardware mounting. I did a mostly complete assembly to re-check everything before I start polishing the finish.

No strings on it but I can already tell I like the body shape better than a tele body. It's better balanced and the carves make it feel like you're wearing a big strat. It's very comfy. Upper fret access is as good as anything.

Are those controls two volume and two tone? 3 way switch? I love that layout.

Yeah. I have 500k pots and a .022 cap for the neck pickup and 250k pots and a .047 cap for the bridge. That way, each pickup gets the controls it wants to see and I don't have to compromise anything.
Both volumes are on the top row and the tone controls below.
