Oh man, it's a shame about those scratches between the neck pup and the bridge plate. That's rough.

Since here's undoubtedly, absolutely, positively NO WAY you could wipe, polish, or buff out that scratches, it's obviously time to move on. PM me and I cover the costs of shipping this sadly ruined project off your hands.

It's killing me how often I'm dropping words out of my posts these days.

I'm polishing. Two grades of liquid polish to go but it's looking pretty good.

You can still see some hazing. The machine glaze and show car polish will clean that up.

This red takes a LOT of light to make look good in a pic. It's tough to shoot indoors.

LOL - I've followed several of EG's threads over the years.

He likes sanding, a lot.

I remember one build where he kept painting a guitar, sanding it down, do it again, sanding it down, going with a natural finish, then not a natural finish, then natural.

He's a sander.
