Dig it! The “ultimate” pedalboard rebuild thread.

Friday night was my first “loud” show with everything in place. Fuck that was awesome. I ended up not bothering with my stacked revival drive/em-drive sound. I need to reprogram my synth sound. The Dude was pretty good for leads.

I think the thing that made me happiest was that all of the sounds “felt” right. I never felt like I wasn’t playing through an amp, which sometimes doesn’t happen when I’m using pedals for my heavier dirts.

I need to program a good surf sound for next week. My fusion gig is pretty much my chorus sound, the em-Drive clean, regular cleans and the Dude pedal for leads.

Planning for phase 2 begins thanks to @sunvalleylaw

Hey, I accidentally clicked the video off on your online deal today for a few/30 or 40
seconds, and got behind you in the comments related to the video. I tried to ask a gear question but you had just hung up I guess. So, here it is:

Do you have a dirt pedal you use that you leave on, at least some of the time, that you use set with some almost clean tones then up to distorted tones using volume knob on guitar and maybe the pickup selector?

I use a couple of pedals that way - the Emerson Em Drive and the TC Spark boost especially but it depends on the pickup and how l have the amp. I do ride the volume knob n matter what. Pedal. I’’’m using.
